Type it. Say it. Keep it private.
Capture what’s on your mind by chat or voice.
Chat2Plan turns it into tasks and a schedule.
Encrypted on your device, so we can’t read them.
Chat2Plan is in development.
Your messages become a day.
Type or speak into the Chat Bar and each message becomes a task. Tap “Plan my day” and it proposes a schedule. Accept it, change it, or move a task to another time.
Starts simple, grows with you.
Chat2Plan starts with the basics. A new feature appears only when the Coach recommends it and you accept, or when you turn it on yourself. Each change says what it did, and you can undo it in settings.
How it works

Typed on Monday 5 October: “dentist tomorrow 2pm”. The card reads it as “Tue 6 Oct, 14:00”. Type a task in your own words.
Dates, times and repeats are picked out and shown on a card. Tap to fix anything it got wrong.

“Placed 4 tasks. Everything fits.” The proposed schedule, before you accept it. Let it plan your day.
Tap “Plan my day” and the Coach, the part of Chat2Plan that helps you plan, asks when your day starts and ends, then proposes a schedule. Accept it in one tap, or change it.

Today, after the schedule was added. Or just tap.
Checking off, editing and moving a task are a tap, in every view.
Advice with reasons
The Coach draws on published productivity research. Each recommendation says how strong its evidence is, and “Why this?” shows the sources.

Your plans are none of our business
- Your tasks are encrypted on your device before they sync across your devices.
- We can’t read your tasks, not even for support.
- No AI model is trained on your content.
- We don’t sell your data.
No ads, ever.
Fair questions
- Can you read what I write?
- No. Your tasks are encrypted on your device first.
- Do I have to chat for everything?
- No. Chat is for getting things down; everything else is a tap.
- Won’t it get cluttered like every other app?
- No. It adds a feature only when you say yes.
What I believe
Planning should feel like talking it through, not filling in forms. The app should start simple, and work for you, not watch what you write.
